At Vikki Fit, the monthly cost depends on your plan, which is always tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and how much support you want. That said, it never costs more than a couple of energy drinks a day. We keep things flexible and make sure it fits both your needs and your budget.

Most clients train around 3 to 4 times a week, but it really depends on your goals and what fits into your lifestyle. During the intake, we’ll work together to create a schedule that feels realistic and sustainable for you.

Your progress is tracked in our app through regular check-ins, both weekly and daily. You’ll also have built-in tools to monitor your habits, activity, and goals to make sure everything stays aligned with the results you’re working toward.
